WELCOME TO THE ESPL
Welcome to the ESPL (East Suffolk Pool League) website. This site will continue to be updated with new sections and features as the league develops.
The ESPL is now affiliated with the EPA (English Pool Association) via the SCPA (Suffolk County Pool Association), opening new doors to players registered within the ESPL for various competitions against some of the best players around. All our leagues follow the International ruleset which can be found in our “Downloads” section.
Formally known as the Beccles and Bungay Pool League which ran for well over two decades, the ESPL was founded in 2023 to open up the area from which teams and leagues could come together to play Pool.
Not wishing to lose sight of its original roots, the ESPL has been formed to assist local pubs and clubs to gain more following through the sport which the players all love. On that basis, we hope to see more leagues emerging over the coming years covering various ‘regions’ across East Suffolk, with a potential for our own style inter-league competitions for those that wish to take part.
